Imagio™: Evaluation of Opto-Acoustic Tomography for Thyroid Nodules

An initial assessment of the Imagio OA's ability to distinguish between malignant thyroid nodules and benign cervical lymph nodes.

Bio

Clinical Evaluation of Opto-Acoustic Tomography for Detection and Diagnostic Differentiation of Thyroid Nodules is a feasibility study assessing the Imagio™ device.

The primary objective is to provide an initial assessment of Imagio OA’s ability to distinguish between benign and malignant thyroid nodules, and when appropriate, between benign and metastatic cervical lymph nodes in subjects. However, no clinical decisions related to patient care will be made on the Imagio data collected. This study runs through December, 2018.
