Ms. Halder-Giles joined RIA in November 2020 as Controller. She was named Chief Financial Officer in June 2022.

She graduated from Metropolitan State University with BA in Accounting and holds Certified Public Accountant licensure in the state of Colorado.

Andrea brings 20+ years of accounting experience spanning many industries including time at a big-four accounting firm, higher education, real estate, and the healthcare industry.
