Michael Yeater is passionate about aligning human capital and culture with business strategy through the application of marketing, organizational psychology, and operations management expertise. He focuses on developing business strategies for organizational development, and aligning those goals with recruitment and selection of candidates, on-boarding processes, and performance management. Using data-driven approaches his collaborative, and solutions-oriented style of management enables him to build trusted relationships across all levels of our organization.
